Good processes.
Human attention.

I’m Priyanshi, an MBA student learning how thoughtful HR supports people at every step.

At IES University, I’m specializing in Marketing and Human Resource Management. My background in English Literature informs my interest in clear writing, careful reading and understanding different perspectives.

I’m seeking an internship in recruitment or HR operations. My experience so far is guided practice: three case studies using fictional records, with a focus on checking details and communicating what comes next.
